Procedures for the Administration of Student Opinion Surveys

Student opinion surveys used in the formal evaluation of instructional performance 应由大学按下列规定的频率管理 The Student Opinion Survey on Instruction policy.  调查的管理窗口应在学期结束前两周开始，并在课程的最后一天结束时关闭.  检验应包括以下一套封闭式项目:

Code of Conduct & Ethics for Student-Athletes
