Appointment Scheduling Steps

1. Log Into the MyCalStateLA Portal with your username and password
2. Click the Navigate LA Appointment Scheduling Button
3. Click the blue "Get Assistance" box in the right-hand corner
4. Select type of appointment - Undergraduate 建议
5. Select the type of service
6. Select a date with open times
7. Click the blue "Find Available Time" box
8. Select College of 艺术 & 信 as the desired location
9. Select desired appointment time in the College of 艺术 and 信
10. Review appointment details and click Schedule to confirm!

• Please visit the University's Detailed Guide for Scheduling an Appointment on Navigate LA for additional tips.
• 学生 must schedule appointments 24 hours in advance of their selected date. For same-day assistance, please visit our virtual drop-in sessions.
• Continuing Cal State LA students have the option to schedule virtual or in-person appointments.
• Virtual appointments will be offered via Zoom. The Zoom link will be sent to the student's campus email address, please use the provided link to begin the virtual advising appointment.
• 建议 appointments are available to students who are pursuing or are interested in pursuing a major, 小, or certificate program in the College of 艺术 and 信. 学生 who would like to request advising for a program outside of the College of 艺术 and 信 should schedule an appointment with the corresponding advising office.

During the summer term, our drop-in sessions will not be scheduled. We encourage you to schedule an appointment or reach out to us for any specific inquiries you may have.
