的 signin process for new students may be a bit different than it is for current students.

A PIN (Personal Identification Number) is r和omly assigned to every student at CalState LA 和 is used to access 得到 through the MyCalStateLA门户. 出于安全考虑, a student PIN should never be kept with the student Campus Identification Number (CIN)
Current students that forget or lose their PIN can contact the 得到 Helpline at (323) 343-7438 for assistance. Keep in mind that PIN numbers will not be released over the telephone.
